Information Security Policy

Service Management Center of Excellence (SMCE) understands and recognizes the importance and criticality of ‘information’ to Its Business operations, and hence, is committed to provide its customers, stakeholders, business partners and employees a secure information processing environment. SMCE intends to achieve security for its information assets based on the three fundamental principles of Information Security, namely Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability.

The objective of optimum security for information assets is to protect customers’, business partners’, employees’ and interested parties’ information assets against unauthorized access, disclosure and/or loss.

SMCE shall continuously and proactively manage its information risks based approach on business requirements through the design, implementation, and establishment of an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS) that adopts industry best practices and standards.
The ISMS will percolate the need by encouraging and promoting information security awareness amongst the relevant parties at SMCE.
